Social Media Marketing Tips 

Tips for social media marketing- this article focuses on marketing strategies which up to some extent are common as far as different social media are concerned.

Backlinks: 

 Most important of them, is forming the back links, though back links can be obtained through many ways .in past this method was exploited and misused in many ways. For the sake of ranking websites, website owners and website developers have been buying back links.

Such bad means of obtaining back links, when realized by Google developers, lead to change in Google algorithm. Many criteria were revised and back links are one of them.

Back links work to some extent as far as they are legitimate .By this, I mean they are genuine back links. Google has its own ways of confirming the legitimacy of back links.

All said and done, but back links still form the backbone of social media marketing. With time many social media sites evolved like Instagram, Facebook, interest, tumbler, you-tube, and many more…the list is endless .The idea still remains the same…..providing back inks.

 Instagram, Facebook, you tube, interest or any other social media, has also grown up and continues to evolve by leaps and bounds day by day. Strategies used for marketing in a social media are little bit different in one than that of other, but basic strategy, ranking and page authority factor remains more or less same.

All the social media be it , Facebook ,you tube, Instagram ,or Pinterest ,it  is a wonderful opportunity for you to grow your social media reach ,visibility , your images, and to increase your followers.

Just getting huge number of followers, on your media account be it Instagram, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest is not the goal anymore. Simply getting the count of followers, to sky rocket is not enough and is of no consequence.. 

This is definitely not, what you should be looking for in 2018. Instagram, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest marketing or any kind of social media platform requires “active followers”. By this I definitely mean human followers who are real, active and engaging.

 If you are still thinking that, like-for-like is going to work for you in 2018 on Instagram, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest then you are wrong. Gone are the days, when such strategy use to work, Google has become much smarter now, and continues to evolve every day with its recent artificial intelligence technology.

So forget about, manipulating Google, or you may land up getting penalized by Google, and may cause harm to your business and website. Stop doing that, it is not going to work anymore!!

Think of getting active followers, this is the key for success on Instagram, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest marketing in 2018. The real followers are the one who engage with your content and this is exactly what you want. Buying followers is no more an option, for successful Instagram, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest marketing.

In this series of articles-“how to grow your INSTAGRAM followers “today we are going to discuss a few tips and tricks, amongst which #hash tags# and back-links are of greatest significance. We shall start our discussion, by exploring more on hash tags.

Hash tag:

Always hash tag your images if you are targeting Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook. This is not a new tip, it has always been highlighted in all the tutorials, podcasts, and other online courses on social media marketing tips, and this has been, the gold standard, importance of which cannot be over emphasized.

 The more hash tags you have, higher is the chance of your image, and posts being found on, Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest, and Instagram.

 Instagram: 

We are allowed to use 30 hash tags. So dear friends, make use of this wonderful opportunity which Instagram has given us. It means that, you have 30% higher chances, to get found on Instagram, only if you use those 30 hash tags properly.  

Here the real question here is how to find these hash tags on Instagram. If you have been using hash tags which are over-saturated then it is a big problem. You need to use hash tags which are popular but not over-saturated.

And how do you find that? This is exactly what we are going to learn here. Try looking for featured accounts, where you can use your image, and tag those accounts. A lot of these accounts will have a specific hash tag, through which you can add these accounts.

Also you can just type the word hash tag, in the App Store IN INSTAGRAM, and it will display or generate hash tags for your images. Remember always be general, weather in location, or in topic.

Never post your hash tags in the caption section, but post your hash tags in the first comment.

Geo-Tag: 

Yet another trick is always try to Geo-tag your images. Geo-tagging the image has a very high chance of showing up on Instagram.

Commenting on others images, posts or pins:

 You must learn one thing, that if you want to receive good engagement you will have to be a good, receptive,& engaging audience for your-own self. Unless and until you give your genuine comments, which are much more than just a “nice pic, good info, nice image”, things are not going to work.

 You will have to give a genuine comment, this can be in the form of  quick question, or this could be a question about the location of the image, or it could be a suggestion regarding the betterment, or it could be your opinion.

 But always remember you need to have a conversation, an opening dialogue, and show engagement with the image, or post you are commenting on.

This engagement with others, conversation, and comments, is the golden rule for your success in getting real human, active followers .This is the, and only success mantra for you to be successful not only on Instagram, , Facebook, you tube, or Pinterest  but  on any other social media platforms for that matter.
